AI Usage in Hiring Practices at DNSFilter

We use software and tools that leverage AI, including those AI features and functionalities offered by our applicant tracking system, Ashby, to create efficiencies in our hiring processes. We also utilize fraud detection software to identify and protect DNSFilter and our employees from fraudulent and deepfake applicants. AI is never the final decision-maker. Our team reviews every AI output and makes every hiring decision. These tools will analyze data that you submit in DNSFilter’s hiring process to help us maintain the integrity of our hiring process, assisting our team as we select the most qualified and genuine individuals to join our team.
